How long does delivery take?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery can take 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
Are purchases final?
Your satisfaction is important to us.
We accept returns exclusively for exchanges, to ensure you have the best possible experience.
Exchange requests must be made within 48 to 72 hours of receipt.
For hygiene reasons, no refunds are offered. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and unaltered.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally and internationally, particularly in Vietnam, India, and China. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to guarantee the high quality and fair price of our products.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is free anywhere in Canada only. For other countries, shipping costs are calculated based on your address and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before placing an order.
